Woods-N-Water Lodge
Woods-N-Water™ Lodge provides comfortable accommodations for your Georgia hunting adventure. The main Georgia hunting lodge cabin can sleep up to 14, with 3 rooms of 4 beds, and a trailer with 2 beds. Room 1 – 2 twin over double (4) Room 2 – 2 twin bunk beds (4) Room 3 – twin over double, twin bunk beds (4) Trailer – twin over double (2). For couples, a separate trailer sleeps two and includes a bathroom and kitchenette. All guests in the trailer are welcome to use the main lodge’s common areas, which feature two full bathrooms, a living room with satellite TV, a dining room, a full kitchen, and a laundry/locker area. Connectivity includes Wi-Fi and a cell booster, as cell service on the property is limited.
- Dining: Fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grills available; Wrightsville (5 miles) offers restaurant and supply options.
- Recreation: Enjoy free fishing in the on-site pond.
- Game Care: A walk-in cooler is provided (deer only during deer season).

Woods-N-Water Plantation
Woods-N-Water Plantation offers a comfortable retreat for up to 8 with an 8 man room (4 twin bunk beds), 2 man room (twin over double bunk), 4 man room (2 twin bunk beds), 1 man room (master room – 1 queen bed). The cabin features two full bathrooms, a living room with satellite TV, a dining room, and a full kitchen. While there’s no landline, Wi-Fi and a cell booster are available due to limited cell service on the property.
- Dining: A fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grills are provided for your convenience. Irwinton is about 7 miles away and offers one restaurant, a bakery, and a Dollar General. Note that Wilkinson County is a dry county for hard liquor.
- Recreation: Enjoy fishing in the small on-site pond (catfish and hybrid bream), or take a 45-minute drive to the Lodge for more fishing options. A clay target thrower is also available if you bring your own clays and shells, and there’s a hot tub for relaxation.
- Hunting: You’ll primarily hunt the 550 acres surrounding the cabin in Wilkinson County, with additional tracts (including a new 2000-acre area in Washington & Johnson County) within a 20-25 minute drive. Your guide will determine the specific hunting location based on various factors.
