What We Provide
Your cabin comes furnished with towels, linens, cooking utensils, coffee pot, coffee, sugar, and creamer. All cabins include fiber internet and a smart TV.
Good to Know Before You Arrive
Cell service is limited in both areas, and there are no landlines in the cabins. Both locations have cell phone boosters to help with reception.
Ice is not provided on-site, but it can be purchased in Wrightsville, Irwinton, or Sandersville. Your guide can point you to the nearest spot.
Fishing on Property
Both properties have a small lake available for guests who want to fish. Bring your own gear or use what’s available at the cabins.
- WNW Lodge: Trophy bass pond with bream and catfish (bass are catch-and-release only)
- WNW Plantation: Catfish and hybrid bream pond

Hunting Essentials
- Gun or bow (bow hunters: please notify the operations manager ahead of time and bring a climber if you have one)
- Ammunition or arrows
- Personal hunting equipment
- Hunting license
- Safety belt or harness (we can loan you one if needed)
- Safety orange — 500 sq. inches above the waist is required for deer hunters and highly recommended for hog hunters

Species-Specific Notes
Hog hunters: Night optics are preferred; a green flashlight works if you don’t have them. See our hog hunting tips page for more details.
Turkey hunters: Full camo, head to toe, is required.
Hunt Day Expectations
We ask that you sight in your weapon before arriving — and all hunters are required to re-check their sight upon arrival.
Any shot that draws blood is considered a kill, so please make your shots count.
Deer hunters: Only one mature buck (greater than 15″ outside spread) may be harvested per hunter per hunt. Bucks under 15″ carry a $1,000 fine.
Georgia Hunting Licenses
Licenses can be purchased online, at any Walmart, or at most sporting goods stores once you arrive in Georgia.
For Hog Hunters Resident hunting license ($15) or non-resident 1-day hunting license ($20), plus an additional day add-on ($6/day) to cover the length of your hunt. We recommend including your day of departure.
For Deer & Turkey Hunters The hog hunter license above, plus:
– Resident big game license ($25) or non-resident 1-day big game license ($130), plus an additional day add-on ($8/day)
– Deer/turkey harvest record
A note on short-term licenses: These are date-specific and non-transferable. We suggest waiting until the week before your trip to purchase — that way if your dates change, you won’t lose any money.
